CLUB AND HUNTING ORIENTATION - MANDATORY FOR NEW MEMEBERS

 The Hunt Management Team will be sponsoring an orientation for new members and a refresher
for hunters who have already attended a prior program.  It will be required of new members.

A sticker will be provided for securing on your club member card to identify attendance.
  Rules enforcement is your responsibility.  You need to know them to enforce them.

Subjects covered will include the Log Book, Field Orientation, purchase of birds, the Alpine Bird Club, expected deportment, safety issues, guided hunts and other items.  All questions will be answered.  The meeting should take no longer than 1 hour.

THE SPORTING CLAY THROWERS WERE TOTALLY RESTORED FOR CLUB MEMBER USE BY OSC MEMBERS.   IN THE ENUSING WEEKS SINCE, SEVERAL SPRINGS ON THE THROWERS HAVE BEEN BROKEN AS A RESULT OF LEAVING THEM COCKED. 

THEY NOW NEED FURTHER REPAIRS DUE TO LACK OF PROPER CARE BY USERS.
AFTER USE PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THROWERS HAVE BEEN RELEASED AND
THERE IS NO TENSION ON ANY OF THE THE SPRINGS.

FAILURE TO DO SO IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS.  AN INADVERTANT RELEASE ON AN UNSUSPECTING INDIVIDUAL CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY AND BE POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING.

PLEASE RESPECT THIS EQUIPMENT, CARING FOR IT PROPERLY AND BE AWARE
OF THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS IT MAY CREATE"
