Outdoor Sports Committee Spring Bird Bash

There were 15 teams entered with all teams, dogs and handlers declared the winners.  A good time was had by all or so it was reported. The birds flew very well, the dogs hunted very hard and all the guns fired, some better than others. This hunt was specifically designated to be for FUN only as no prizes were awarded.

Scoring range was from 80 points to 180 points The point delta in average scores totalled 16 points Spreads between fields 2 versus 1 were negative 10 and positive 6 between 3 versus field 1 with a 16 point difference in field 2 versus 3. All fields were approximately 20,000 square yards. Average time to complete the Hunt was about 16 minutes.

Jack Albenze served huge portions of choise black angus prime rib with football sized baked potatos, salad, carrots and desert.
He is to be commended along with Sherry for the efforts put forth by both of them.

Thanks to all who worked very hard to make this happen as smoothly as it went off.
